You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hpwinn login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.
hpwinn will never contact you by email, telephone, or social media requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from hpwinn that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
hpwinn accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, provided that such unauthorised access did not result from a failure of hpwinn's own security systems.
hpwinn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be communicated through the Platform.
All Wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on hpwinn are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). hpwinn does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees which are outside hpwinn's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with hpwinn's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. hpwinn reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals that pass verification are processed within the timeframes stated on the Payments page of the Platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are stated within the Platform's Cashier section and are subject to change. Players are advised to review current limits before initiating a transaction.
All bets placed through the hpwinn Sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. All casino games are operated under the rules specified for each game by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between a general provision of these Terms & Conditions and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that product.
hpwinn reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or arising from a technical error — and to refund the stake to the Player's Wallet. hpwinn's decision in such matters is final.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Confirmation of bet acceptance is provided within the Platform interface immediately upon placement.
hpwinn may, from time to time, offer Bonuses to Players in connection with registration, deposits, specific events, or loyalty programmes. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn.
hpwinn reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, misuse, or technical error in connection with that Bonus. Players found to have engaged in Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, exploiting promotion mechanics, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using automated systems to generate Bonus eligibility — will have their Accounts closed and associated balances forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hpwinn Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of hpwinn.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hpwinn's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hpwinn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if hpwinn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
hpwinn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of Platform services.

Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
hpwinn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with a regulatory obligation. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hpwinn holds its gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any such dispute.
